She can draw on over 20 years of practical international experience as an executive and in the field of training and coaching. Ute Bühler not only knows how you can find the approach that is right for you but also how you can achieve it successfully.
Topics covered by UB business coaching include management challenges, development of personality and career or conflict management, and also changes in job conditions and new orientation, life balance as well as stress management. The initial session generally lasts approximately two hours. If required, follow-up coaching can consist of sessions of one or two hours. In some cases, it might be useful to have half or full day coaching sessions – in such cases Ute Bühler can concentrate fully on addressing her client’s individual needs. This applies both to communication in German or English and to face-to-face or videoconferencing methods.

UB Introvision-Coaching
Should the emphasis of a coaching session be on achieving lasting changes, Ute Bühler works with the introvision coaching method. This type of coaching can be carefully steered towards breaking older inner patterns which hinder change. The advantage of this method, the principles of which were developed by the University of Hamburg, is the ease and speed with which new approaches can be achieved.
