A UB training session combines traditional training approaches, which are oriented towards education and based on participation, with innovative methods such as learning from colleagues (360 degrees) or the 70-20-10 method. In an animated and inspired atmosphere, participants work on case studies, practise what they have learnt, master group tasks, learn to hold their ground in discussions, generate new ideas using brainstorming and at the end of their training they have clear ideas as to how they can develop their own potential and achieve their goals.
Every client has the possibility of booking additional coaching hours to achieve expansion and improvement of training results.
